Similar to previous Symposia registration, in addition to all-conference material, hotel accommodation for the entire 5 days of the conference is included in the registration fee, as well as all the meals.

Hotel accommodation at the Banff Centre will be provided to the Symposium Participants. The number of pre-booked hotel rooms is LIMITED and provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Cancellation Policy
ALL cancellations must be made directly with both the Waterloo Institute for Sustainable Energy (WISE) by email to s5sadiq@uwaterloo.ca and with the Banff Center Administration by email to reservations@banffcentre.ca and
request verification that email is received. A 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted if written notice is received by June 15th, 2022. Refund requests received after June 15th, 2022 will not be honored. ALL refunds will be processed after the Symposium.

Each paper should correspond to at least one regular registration fee.

Students will be required to present proof of their student status at the time of registration.
