Welcome Reception

Monday, July 25, 6:00pm-8:30pm. The reception will take place at the Banff Centre.

 

Gala Dinner

Thursday, July 28, 6:00 pm-10:00 pm. The Gala Dinner will be held at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. There will be two-way transportation available from the Banff Centre to the Hotel. Everyone will meet in the lobby of the Banff Centre at 5:30 pm.

Visit Yuho National Park

Wednesday, July 27th, 9:00 am-2:00 pm. Only for accompany guests

Self-Guided Visit to Lake Louise

Saturday, July 30th, 8:30 am-2:00 pm. Box lunch will be provided. There will be two-way transportation available. Everyone will meet in the lobby of the Banff Centre at 8:20 am.
